Opinion Plus is a touch screen based system which is equipped and integrated with Wavetec’s queue management and feedback systems. This delivers real-time customer feedback directly from any customer touch points: the place where their opinions are formed. The highly interactive and intuitive touch screen systems provide multimedia flexibility enabling it to be seamlessly integrated with a queue management and digital signage system.

Survey questions and open-ended comments from the users can also added using the on-screen keyboard. Polls and questions can be easily embedded in the system and can be tailor made as per your industry or functionality. Our feedback system is ideal for airports, banks, public offices, universities/high-schools, hospitals, retail or any industry which requires customers to share their opinions about their company, products and services.

When integrated with our queue management system, it transforms into a a power tool which can even show performance of tellers/operators and staff and will help you measure key performance indicators.
